A customer got in touch before heading off on holiday – they had cracked plaster over a window that had been bothering them for a while and wanted it sorted while they were away. Job on.

The Work

We took the repair back to the lintel, applied a bonding agent to ensure a solid key, then built it back up with a basecoat followed by two coats of multi-finish plaster for a smooth, seamless result.

The Finishing Touches

Once the plaster was done, we put the curtain rail and curtains back up, gave the window a clean, and hoovered through – leaving the room exactly as we found it. No mess, no fuss.

The Result

The owner came home from holiday to a perfectly repaired wall and a tidy room. That’s the way it should be.
